Takeback Action [17-28 OCT]
The conditions and criteria are as follows:
- Only items from the women's collection can be brought in, so no kids/men/home items.
- Would you be happy to receive this item when you bought it online on a second hand platform? Yes? Then you can return it to us. No? Then we cannot accept it.
- Items must be fresh and washed. They cannot have funny smells.
You get 500 dão loyalty points per item that is brought in and approved by our staff.
500 loyalty points equals 5 EUR store credit. More information on our loyalty program can be found here.
You can bring in unlimited dão and mundo melocotón pieces of the women's collection, as long as they meet our criteria.
dão loyalty points are valid for an unlimited period of time and can always be exchanged for store credit.

Of course!
We only need the email address you registered your account with and we can use your loyalty points as store credit at checkout.
100 loyalty points equals 1 EUR dão store credit.
Unforturnately this is not possible.
You are welcome to bring your items from October 17 → 28 October 2023. Read more about this here.
The store will be open at our regulary opening hours and can be found here.
On Sunday November 5th the store will exceptionally be open from 13:00 to 17:00 along with other lovely stores in Ghent because it will be Sunday Shopday (first Sunday of the month).
Our preloved event finds place in the back of our flagship store in Ghent. All curated items will be displayed clearly per size.
Enjoy a cup of tea while browsing for your new favorite preloved dão or mundo melocotón items.
